For the love of dogs

The best time to take your photos in Miami Beach, Florida, is first thing in the morning, during sunrise. This ensures you getting those dreamy, golden photos with the sun rays shining through. And we did just that with Alexandra and Harsha’s couple’s session. We went to my favorite spot to photograph them on the beach, I love this particular location, because of all the beautiful palm trees and tall grass.

They wanted to bring along their dog to their session, and I was all for it! Any opportunity where I can touch a dog during my job, I am all for it! #doglover.

We started off the session with the two of them walking down the beach together, holding hands. Throughout the session, I gave them a variety of actions to do, that way they never felt awkward, unsure what to do next. These two were so nervous at the beginning and towards the end, we walked away being friends! I love it, when I get to connect with my clients and just feel like I’m taking photos of my life-long friends. That’s when I create my best work. :)
